It's embarrassing when I misread my tickets. Sadly, I've asked people to pick me up at the wrong airport, shown up on the wrong day, and mixed up AM and PM. While I acknowledge that this is undoubtably user error, I wonder if tickets could be designed to better highlight key details. Often the printed information is the same size and in the same font. Ticket designers should consider highlighting these key details by making them bold or a different color. Despite the information being right in front of me, I find it easy to miss.
I assume that this is because ticket templates are printed separately from the individual details. So, at a minimum, these templates could put borders around the information that I'll need once I've purchased them to help prevent me from making these kinds of mistakes.
