Refrigerator and its contents
There are many ways to tell a story. When asked to describe a refrigerator, I used to err on the side of describing its physical appearance and its technical specifications. While a literal answer to the question, this isn't actually what people want to know. They're likely much more interested to hear what's inside.
The food in a refrigerator tells a story about the people involved. Are there mainly pre-made meals and beer? Or are there more fruits and vegetables? Where do they shop? Is it neatly organized? These clues can help you guess whether they enjoy cooking and having people over.
While facts are important, stories are more meaningful when you give people something to connect with emotionally. So, if you're telling someone about your day, try explaining the contents of the refrigerator instead of just recounting the facts.
